I have a dedicated career behind me in the IT-Industry.
It started in 1985 at Philips, where I was educated and trained in sales. In 1989, I began working for Canon, where I was a part of introducing the first personal printers to the market. I continued on to AST Computer, as the Chief of Sales. In 1997, I was recruited by CA and was given responsibility for the sales of e-business solutions in Europe. In 2000, I was headhunted for a position as MD at BroadVision, which is the worlds pioneering supplier of one-to-one e-business systems. Here, I had the great pleasure of working with the founder/CEO at BV Pehong Chen!
From 2003 - 2006, I was the CEO responsible for building up and positioning Tele2/UNI2 as a leading supplier of high end outsourcing production to small and medium sized businesses. In this time, Tele2/UNI2 tripled their revenue, and doubled the amount of staff members. From 2005 - 2006, I worked further as a VP for the Tele2/UNI2-group. This working relationship stopped in June 2006, where I resigned from my position after disagreeing with the board and the future business strategies. In June 2007, Tele2/UNI2 was sold to TDC-Hosting.
