About Me
I have taught high school English and Spanish in a variety of settings, from inner-city Baltimore to the wealthy suburbs of Washington, D.C. I have a Master's degree in teaching and an Educational Specialist's degree in Curriculum and Instruction.
My husband and I live in the Nashville, TN area with our three beautiful children. When I'm not working, I have a somewhat unhealthy addiction to yarn and the fiber arts (knitting, crocheting, yarn dyeing). I also enjoy reading, especially Young Adult literature.
My Experience
I have written for e-zines, newsletters, and scholarly journals. I have written more essays and academic papers than I can count, and I am a frequent blogger. I also write articles for another online web site.
