I have been a registered pharmacist for almost thirty years and have worked in community and hospital pharmacy. Food pharmacology has special interest to me and I also enjoy studying herbal and natural substances.
Blogging abut pharmacy and health matters is one of my interests, and I love to write.
I have created and managed several websites.
Passion for animals and their welfare is a basic thread of my life. I blog about wild birds.
I have another creative 'hat' that I have enjoyed wearing--that of silversmith and enamel artist.
My Awards & Certifications
Bachelor of science (5-year college degree) in pharmacy from the University of Texas at Austin. Graduated with high honors.
Passed the Texas State Board of Pharmacy exam and became a registered pharmacist in 1979.
