Having lived internationally for over two decades developing curricula at all educational levels in; English, Spanish, Political Studies, Economics, including providing computing and business solutions, evaluation and consulting, he has dedicated much of his time to the cultural inter-exchange of learning and experience. Recently he has focused on developing and teaching courses that serve limited English speaking adult Latino populations at the college level to include: Citizenship Preparation, Spanish Conversation, Computer Principles (In Spanish), English as a non native language and High School Transitions
Presently, Scott is co-founder, Owner/Publisher of a non profit bicultural family oriented magazine published simultaneously in English and Spanish. Scott owns and manages several home based businesses.
