Hello all! I'm an RN who hails from the Midwest. I've lived all over the United States (Chicago, Cleveland, LA, Utah/Arizona desert) as well as Bologna, Italy (for three years). I'm a widow with a school age daughter who's the love of my life! I write about health, nutrition, fitness and other subjects culled from my 40+ years on this planet. I love museums, cultural events, traveling and reading. I probably have 3 or 4 books I'm trying to finish at any one time.
