I am a 47 year old teacher/ social worker who teachers special education and regular ed seventh and eighth grade. I have two grown children, and a teen daughter still at home. I am the grandmother of one girl, and the foster grandmother of 1 girl and two little boys. They are 7, 4, 4, and 2. I have writen for fun my whole life, but am now making a bit of extra money as an online content writer. It is loads of fun and in the process I am learning a lot and meeting a lot of people. I also love to do crossword, sudokos, anything that makes your mind think. I play piano, sing alto, slighty play the clarinet, and have been happily married for 26 years! The avatar is of me, my husband, our two grown sons, and our 15 year old daughter. I have CFIDS and fibro so am interested in alternative medicines, as traditional meds don't know what to do with us.

I have taught school for just four short years. Prior to that I worked at a mental, hospital for three years as a rehabilitation therapist. I was also a youth counselor for six years. I got into teaching, becuase I was a substitute teacher for 8 years.
