About Me

Deanna Reynolds is an author, technical instructor and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) living in Suffolk, VA.

Since 1993, Deanna has been privileged to work with students traveling many different career paths on a multitude of software programs including the entire Microsoft Office suite, project management, desktop publishing and database development.

Throughout her career, Deanna has led hundreds of computer productivity training sessions, from beginner through advanced levels. Most recently, Deanna's technical training has extended beyond the classroom to include more than ten DVD-ROM courses.

In 2007, Deanna authored the Word 2007 Pocket Book, published by Prentice Hall. And, in 2008, Deanna co-authored a Microsoft Training Kit for Exam 70-632: Managing Projects with Office Project 2007, published by Microsoft Press.

Many people think they could be a good project manager, very few actually succeed while still maintaining the respect of their peers. So its good that we have a dedicated resource which you are managing whereby people can appreciate the vastness of project management as a discipline and business function. Having managed projects for major clients such as Barclays, Cap Gemini, Shell Oil, and the NHS, I can say it is no easy task, and one that requires considerable insight. We're in capable hands.
