Deanna Reynolds is an author, technical instructor and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) living in Suffolk, VA.
Since 1993, Deanna has been privileged to work with students traveling many different career paths on a multitude of software programs including the entire Microsoft Office suite, project management, desktop publishing and database development.
Throughout her career, Deanna has led hundreds of computer productivity training sessions, from beginner through advanced levels. Most recently, Deanna's technical training has extended beyond the classroom to include more than ten DVD-ROM courses.
In 2007, Deanna authored the Word 2007 Pocket Book, published by Prentice Hall. And, in 2008, Deanna co-authored a Microsoft Training Kit for Exam 70-632: Managing Projects with Office Project 2007, published by Microsoft Press.
