Christine Baker is a highly-experienced consultant in the organizational and people development field. For over 25 years she has helped managers optimize their business performance and develop their capabilities and confidence as leaders. Having been a senior manager for many years herself, she is able to view the world from her clients' perspective and ensure that her advice is always pragmatic.
Christine also believes that managers work best when they become experts themselves and so she coaches them to design and implement the solutions required to diagnose and resolve problems, working on the premise that prevention is better than cure!
Christine is the founder and Managing Director of Requisite Development Ltd (http://www.requisite-development.com), a UK--based consultancy specialising in leadership capability assessment and development. A US subsidiary is scheduled to open in spring 2011.

Within the field of organizational and people development she has specialist expertise in organizational design, assessment and development of people's cognitive and behavioural capabilities and in the design of managerial leadership systems. She uses a set of unique tools which are based on sound scientific research.
As well as face-to-face consulting projects Christine also offers online and tele-coaching sessions and will be launching a series of webinars shortly to introduce people to her very special approach to leadership development and change management.
