About Me
Cara E. Moore is a writer, poet and playwright. She has had a collection of poems published, Horizon's Place And Time Meet. She has written two books, Crystal Healing And The Chakra System and Herbal Primer. She is a Crystal Healing and Herbalism Practitioner and manufactures Crystal Essence TM and herbal products. She writes a weekly blog on crystal healing, herbalism, yoga, poetry and music. She is training to be a Hatha Yoga Instructor.
