About Me

A graduate from Texas A&M-Commerce in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Instructional Training and Design, and a minor in English, I write to the adult who wants to know.

I have experience with curriculum design targeted at adult learners in both vocational and corporate environments, and have taught at junior and technical colleges.

I have worked in the air conditioning industry for eleven years and in the construction and facilities maintenance field since 1986. I also hold an Associate of Applied Arts and Sciences in Residential Air Conditioning and Refrigeration from Eastfield College and have held a State license in residential air conditioning since 1995. 

My focus is technical writing and curriculum design targeted at adult learners; however,
I have written or created correspondence, editing, line drawings and diagrams, creative writing, and presentations.  My focus is the amazing world of refrigeration and air conditioning, my passion is adult education.

I have a personal interest in environmental issues, natural living, horses, animal rescue, organic gardening, indoor air quality, and green construction, and have given many hours to research on these topics as well.
