I am a freelance writer, and amateur athlete currently living in south Florida.
I am a cycling and running addict, and founder of the Bike Diva and Run Diva blogs.
My amateur athletic endeavors include participating in bike races, running events and duathlons. I belong to a number of local cycling and running clubs, where I like to share my knowledge with people new to the sports of running and biking.
I am also an organic gardener and cook, specializing in growing and cooking with herbs.
