I have always been the guy that likes to see how things
work. Sometimes that has led me to take apart things that I could not put back
together, but it has given me an appreciation for the effort that goes into
turning an idea into a real working thing.
I received my bachelor’s degree in mechanical
engineering. I am now in the process of
a master’s degree in the same field. I had the great opportunity to participate
in the National Conference of Undergraduate Research and received my Engineer
in Training certificate in 2007.
While in college, I worked as an intern in the aeronautics
industry. I also spent a few years working on combustion related research in a
university lab. During a hiatus from the academic life, I worked as a project
engineer at an industrial furnace company.
