Click the Add Administrator Message link in the section that you are in. On the next page, you will see the fields you will need to fill in. Enter the title and the message. Click Yes to make the message active, in order words press yes so the message will be published. If you want the message to expire in a certain amount of days, enter the number of days in the Expiry field. If you do not want the message to expire, enter 0 in this field. Then select who can view the message. Drop the box down and make your selection. Then click the Add New Administrator Message button. That will create a new administrator message.

The title of the message should be “Welcome to PostNuke”. Click the Delete link at the end of that message to delete it from your front page.
