In the writing section of WordPress, you can create new posts, pages, and links. In this tutorial, I will show you how to navigate through the writing section of WordPress.
This is the tutorial for the Writing Section of WordPress. In this tutorial, I will show you how to navigate the writing section of WordPress. Under the Writing section, you can create a new post, page, and link. We will take a look at each one. To get to the writing section, you will need to login to your admin panel and then click the Write tab. All of the sections that we will cover in this tutorial are under the Write tab.
How to Navigate the Post Section of WordPress
Let’s start off with the Post section. Click the Write tab and below in the sub-categories, you will need to click the Post link. That will pull up the Post page for you. This is where you create your blog posts that you want to add to the site. This part is fairly simple, fill in the fields and select your Publish status on the right. You can choose to publish the post or not to publish it.
How to Navigate the Page Section of WordPress
The page section of WordPress is where you create pages. The pages are used for creating pages that don’t change often, like the about me page. You create the pages about the same way that you create the posts. Click the Page link under the Writing tab. Give your page a title and create your page. Then choose your publishing options in the right side of the window.
How to Navigate the Link Section of WordPress
The link section is where you create your links that go under your blog roll section. If you want to add links to other sites, you can do it by creating links in the Link Section of WordPress. Click the Link section under the Write tab. Enter the name of your link in the top field. Enter the URL in the second field, and enter a description in the third field. You do not have to enter a description if you do not want too. After you have created your link, click the Save button on the right side of the window.
Those are the three sections under the Write Section. This is the section that you use to create posts, pages, and links. In some WordPress templates, you will have special buttons for the pages. For example, on my site, there is a separate menu beneath the header for the pages to go. Click here to view the site and see how the buttons are different.
