How to Do a Canada Postal Code Search or Canada Address Search
To do a Canada postal code search using Canada Post, you must know the full address (street name, street number, city and province) whereas to do a Canada address search, you just need to know its postal code.
I. How to Do a Canadian Postal Code Search using Canada Post
Example 1: Find the postal code of Bank of Canada
Address: 234 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
1. Go to Canada Post website
2. Click Find a Postal Code link
- In Canada’s postal code search box, enter the required fields:
Street number: type 234
Street name: type Wellington
City: type Ottawa
Province: select ON – Ontario
4. Click Find button
The result is: Building: Bank of Canada, (#) 234, Street Name: Wellington, City: Ottawa, Province: ON, Postal Code: K1A 0G9.
