When you're working on a class project, sales presentation or training slide show, it's often necessary to collaborate with classmates or coworkers to create the best presentation possible. Unlike other slide presentation programs, Google Docs makes it simple to share ideas, and proof projects, even if you're in different parts of the city.
To Share a Presentation Project
Log in to your Google Docs account
Select the presentation you wish to share, or start a new project.
Select the Share tab from the upper right side of the screen.
Select as collaborators or as viewers. Collaborators have permission to edit the presentation, while viewers can only watch the presentation.
Enter the email addresses of those you're inviting to share your presentation. You can either type in the email addresses, or click on Choose from contacts to select from your Gmail address book.
Set the advanced permissions. Select Collaborators may invite others, only if you want to give your collaborators permission to invite others to collaborate on the project.
To send your presentation to a mailing list, check Invitations may be used by anyone.
To save your permissions and send the invitations, click on Invite collaborators under the email text box.
If you want to change the subject heading or add a personalized message to the email, enter your subject in the subject line, and type your message in the message box.
Select CC Me if you'd like to receive a copy of the invitation in your email.
Hit Send.
