An article I read on gluten free food recently pormpted me to think about what constitutes the basics of gluten free food and meals at home. Here is a quick list to get you started: Corn - fine in any form (corn meal, polenta, corn flakes providing they are not sprayed with malt, corn pasta) Rice - again... A recent article that I read (sadly, on one of the Bright Hub channels!) made me realise how carefully information must be fact checked for accuracy and relevant to your own situation. For someone with coeliac disease it is vital that any information about gluten free foods is carefully checked and verified... Check your gluten free information
