These types of equipment can be acquired from just about any department, sports or exercise equipment store. They are also becoming more prevalent in pharmacy stores with reasonable pricing.
Once you’ve decided which low-impact exercise equipment you will obtain, verify that it will fit in your home gym space in a way that will allow ample room for properly and safely using the equipment and performing any floor exercises.
A combination of stationery and portable items would also be a good choice. You would have the option and added benefit of carrying the portable items with you during travel or just to be able to perform your low-impact exercises while away from your home gym. Even though your goal is to exercise at home, you might as well get the most out of your investment.
