After all, too much junk food can hurt us in the long run and in the short run as well, but healthy food choices can enhance our health.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eating healthier will take some thought and some adjustments to our daily menus, but the results will be worth it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here are four simple suggestions to get us started on our way to healthier eating:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Get in the habit of reading labels when you go shopping and avoid products with too many ingredients in them that you can&amp;#39;t pronounce.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Use honey and other natural sweeteners in recipes in place of white sugar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Instead of eating too much red meat, eat chicken, turkey, fish and soy products instead.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.
