RE: The Benefits of Chlorophyll
My husband and I have been drinking the liquid chlorophyll, 15ml a day. Is the liquid form the same as tablets in terms of its benefits? We live in Australia and it seems that none of the Health Food stores I visited do not have any of the tablets. One store recommended to switch to alfalfa tablets citing that chlorophyll is derived from.it. Is that right?
For how long does one have to drink chlorophyll and what side effects are there aside from the benefits it provides? Thank you
