What is Lidan Paishi?

Lidan paishi is a Chinese herbal remedy. It has long been used for a few different medical conditions with great success. This natural medicine is generally in the form of tablets and contains the following:

• lysimachia

• saussurea

• capillaris

• rhubarb

• areca peel

• magnolia bark

• chih-shih

• curcuma

• mirabilitum

Mirabilitum is known as a potent purgative however the amount that is found in lidan paishi is small and so the effects are not severe.

Gall Bladder Health

Gall bladder health is very important. The most common problem people experience with poor gall bladder health is gall stones. This is an accumulation of hard deposits which form the stones. This is a painful process for people to experience. The pain mostly comes from the stone traveling through the narrow exit.

Usually, there is a treatment program with all natural medicines that include lidan paishi. If the stones are large then these Chinese herbs, and others, can dissolve them or at least reduce the size. If the stones are small and can be passed with a limited amount of pain and discomfort lidan paishi is used to pass them more comfortably and quickly. Sufferers can expect the stones to be eliminated within just a few days of the use of lidan paishi to a couple of months. This depends on the amount of deposits and the size.

Liver Health

Lidan paishi is typically used for the flushing of toxins in the liver and promoting a healthy liver function. The ingredients in lidan paishi help to produce bile secretions and enhance the role of a healthy liver. This means that there are many treatments for individuals that wish to strengthen their liver. There is one general warning that this medicine shouldn’t be used by people that have an unhealthy liver or those that are pregnant or nursing so advice should be sought prior to use if either of these pertain to the circumstance.
