Rosemary
Rosemary increases circulation and drains impurities, causing the skin to be tighter and firmer. Add 1 tablespoon of dried rosemary (crushed) to 2 tablespoons of olive oil (extra virgin), mix, and apply to the affected area. Wrap the area in plastic wrap, remove after 10 minutes, and rinse off. • Massage the affected area. This can help improve blood and lymph circulation.
- Add 2 drops of rosemary essential oil and 2 drops of fennel essential oil to 3 teaspoons of a carrier oil (such as olive oil, grapeseed oil, coconut oil, or sweet almond oil). Massage this mixture thoroughly into the affected area every day when getting rid of cellulite.
- You can also use cola vera extract (14% caffeine) topically to help breakdown fat.
• If overweight, gradually lose weight. Rapid weight loss (especially in women over 40) can worsen the matter.
• Exercise 20-30 minutes a day, 3-5 times a week.
• Eat healthy and drink plenty of fluids (preferably water). Limit sugar and fat intake and eat more fruits and vegetables when getting rid of cellulite.
