The venom from the bushmaster snake, Lachesis Mutus, can be prescribed for certain types of personalities to relieve many conditions like depression, skin wounds, poor circulation and blood disorders.

Lachesis Mutus

Lachesis Mutus is a homeopathic remedy that comes from the venom of the bushmaster snake. It offers powerful effects on the blood and the central nervous system. While the snake and the venom is extremely poisonous, homeopathic remedies are so diluted that there are only undetectable amounts of the poison remaining. If symptoms begin on the left side and get worse after waking, Lachesis Mutus may be able to relieve you. It is often prescribed for depression, migraines, tonsillitis, hemorrhoids, poor circulation, skin wounds, menopausal symptoms and blood thinning.

The Remedy

The remedy is prepared by using the fresh venom from the bushmaster snake that goes through extensive series of dilutions before it is safe to use. Since it needs to be diluted numerous times, it is much safer to purchase a commercial preparation that has already been diluted. Be extremely cautious and make sure you find a reputable source before you purchase the remedy.

Who Can Benefit From Lachesis Mutus

Most homeopathic remedies are best given to people with specific personality traits. A homeopath will consider whether the patient seems extremely self confident and if they have a tendency to be envious and vengeful. Many people that are usually prescribed Lachesis Mutus are afraid of water, very jealous, behave erratically, have symptoms that are aggravated by grief and sometimes feel as if they are suffocating.

Blood Thinning Disorders

One of the most used effects of Lachesis Mutus is its blood thinning abilities. This improves blood flow and facilitates the healing process by speeding up the removal of toxins from the blood. This makes it a good choice for many blood disorders. Your homeopath will need to know if your symptoms are affected by cold or hot beverages, walking in the fresh air, changes in the climate, waking up or being touched before they can prescribe Lachesis Mutus for your condition.

Lachesis mutus 30
just returned from an appointment at Rheumatology to investigate severe joint pain to hands, feet, elbows, wrists, neck. Already diagnosed with sponilitis in neck 3 years ago. Consultant looked at xrays today and said I had unusual irregularities in my bones which he said was not a condition or illness but from birth & will investigate further. Asked him if joint pain could be related to Hormones as mine have bottomed out and having Hysterectomy in August. Also recently diagnosed with very high blood pressure and taking Ramipiril & Amlodipine also taking Amitriptyline for tingling & numbness in arms which has helped. Have had menopausal symptoms for a few years ie hot flushes day & night, migraines etc but hot flushes have stopped although I am always too hot 365 days per year no matter what the weather. I was 50 this year. This consultant has prescribed Lachesis mutus 30 to take 5 granules 3 times per week to make me better. what is your opinion
