Guide to Stakeholder Analysis

The CatEvery project has stakeholders, some are internal while others are external. Each stakeholder has a certain level of power, interest, influence, and impact on the project outcome. As a manager, you need to manage each stakeholder to ensure the project goals are met. Stakeholder management is not as easy as it seems, and therefore requires you to perform stakeholder analysis.

This guide to stakeholder analysis contains articles which discuss stakeholder management and stakeholder analysis. Some of the tools described are the Power/Interest and Influence/Impact grids. The uses of the Stakeholder Analysis Matrix and the Project Communication Plan are discussed in detail with examples.
