Guide to Six Sigma

6sixSix Sigma is a process management methodology that provides a systematic means of developing and improving processes. It focuses on understanding the voice of the customer and using data-driven techniques. Six Sigma DMAIC projects improve existing processes by measuring process performance, uncovering root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions. Another framework – sometimes referred to as Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), DMADV or DMEDI – allows companies to design new products and processes that are efficient and meet customer requirements. Our guide helps you find articles that will teach you about these techniques and related tools such as control charts, Pareto charts and process mapping. Learn about key Six Sigma roles such as Green Belts and Black Belts, the benefits of implementing its practices and culture, and how it is being combined with Lean methods for even more impact. We even offer templates you can use in your own projects.
