Guide to RSS Feeds

128px-Feed-icon.svgRSS feeds published by a website can be viewed using an application called a feed reader or an aggregator by entering the feed URL into the RSS reader application, a process known as ‘subscribing to a feed’. Subscribing to the RSS feed of a website is an easy and fast way to view its content as and when it is updated. Feed reader applications are available for all kind of platforms including web, desktop and mobile phones. It is possible to create a RSS feed for any website where the content is updated frequently and some website frameworks and content management systems like Drupal, Wordpress etc., have this feature built in.
