Guide to Milk

Milk. You pour it in your cereal, hot or cold, mix chocolate powder into it, add it to your coffee, drink it plain and use it in cooking. When you drink fat-free or low-fat milk, you get all of the benefits of calcium with less of the unnecessary milkfat. Children should drink three glasses of milk per day in order to meet the needs of their rapidly growing bodies. Teenagers and pregnant women also need to drink at least three glasses of milk to meet their body's nutrtitional needs.

Instead of grabbing a can of soda, fill a glass with some cold milk. You won't feel hungry, your body benefits and you help to manage a healthier weight. Read more about the health benefits of milk, including information on organic brands, recipes and more!
