Listening skills are an essential part of our lives. Our experience using them starts in preschool, as we start to train our ears and brains. We continue working on our skills through elementary school, and focus on them again in middle school. Those listening skills become invaluable again in adulthood within our personal and business relationships. This guide includes lesson plans and activities for students of all ages, whether traditional students or ESL students. It also provides tips on how to be a better listener at work. It also serves as a reminder that teachers need to be good listeners, as well.
