Identity Theft: Guide To Protecting Yourself

Identity theft - and your reputation and financial integrity are at stake! The crime is conducted by stealing someone’s identity and exploiting the information, usually over the Internet. It often involves abusing credit card information, be it for online purchases or even applying for a card in someone else’s name. Such victims of identity theft report that correcting their credit record has been a time consuming and costly experience.
