In the fall of 1999, one of the most amazing miracles occurred. I went to a teacher in-service and learned something useful--how to use graphic organizers.

Guide to Graphic Organizers

Remember when you were in high school trying to write an essay question while staring at a blank slice of paper, and you intentionally peed your pants to get out of having to write it only to have your teacher force you to finish it with chaffed inner thighs? Your problem could have been solved with a well thought out graphic organizer (and a can of corn starch).

Graphic organizers help you visually create what you want to write before you write it. But that's not all.

Graphic organizers can be used to assist with reading comprehension, math awareness, historical cause and effect and just about any problem you may have.
