How to Use Google Spreadsheets

google docs logoGoogle Spreadsheets is a browser based spreadsheet application that is part of the Google Docs service. The program is based on technology Google obtained when it purchased 2Web Technologies in 2005. It was released in 2006.

Google Spreadsheets can be viewed online, downloaded in a variety of formats including CSV, XLS, HTML, PDF and ODS. Google Forms can also be used to as a way to collect data in a Google Spreadsheet.
