TJ Sonntag picked up her first Atari 2600 controller in 1983. She then promptly dominated Space Invaders. Since then she has owned various Nintendo, Sega, Sony, and Microsoft consoles, most of which were purchased for a survival horror game or RPG. She has clocked hundreds of hours in Oblivion.

Along with the official Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles expansions, a large number of user-created addons and mods are also available for the PC version. Gameplay takes place on both the mortal world, or Mundus, as well as in the many planes of Oblivion as players fight to bring the heir to the throne into power and banish the evil that threatens Tamriel. Oblivion simplified a number of game play elements, combined some skills and outright eliminated others, creating an RPG that was pleasing for both casual gamers and hardcore role-playing fans alike.
