Department of Education: Portal to Teaching

Established in 1876 as the National Bureau of Education, the ED assumed operation in its present form in 1980. The Education Department monitors standards of excellence as well as academics, research and financial aid. Questions on obtaining any of the multitude of teaching degrees can be answered through the ED.
