Real action concerning the climate changes and associated effects that have resulted from global warming are often put on hold or get over shadowed by big business concerns while the world waits for something big to happen in the future. However, the future is right here. People all over the world are effected by the changing climate. These climate changes effect everything that we need to survive: our food, our homes, our security, and our health. Climate related malnutrition is killing many people slowly. If food cannot grow, farmers cannot grow crops, there is no food to eat. The majority of these deaths from the climate change are from deleveloping countries. The countries that are most vulnerable to climate change deaths are those in desert lands such asthe Middle East, some parts of Africa, some parts of Asia, parts of the United States, the artic, and Latin America. According to the Global Humanitarian Forum, the cost of the climate change every year is estimated at $125 billion and is killing up to 300, 000 people every year due to disease, starvation, and lack of suitable drinking water.
It is difficult to find a solution to something so overwhelming. The climate change due to global warming is taking away homes, food, water, and security from hard working families around the world. It is causing shock, confusion and even deaths. Some are forced to move away from their homes where the climate changes has destroyed where they live to the point where they are not able to survive there anymore. Many are choosing the solution of moving to a place that is not effected by the climate changes. Australia has had severe droughts due to the climate changes, but has been setting aside money for a long time to help counter their climate change problems. This could help solve the problem, but what if it does not? How will the people of the world get food and water? Will we be on a constant move? What are the people of the world to do when Mother Nature turns her back on us?
