Organic eye makeup removers come in a variety of sizes and prices. Organic makeup and beauty products are on the pricier side of things due to the high quality ingredients they contain. Here we will review three popular organic eye makeup removers.

Jason All Natural Sterile Makeup Remover Pads

300

At $8.59 these organic makeup eye remover pads are a great steal. It is a rarity to be able to find a beauty product stamped with organic or natural on it for less than $20. Jason All Natural Sterile Makeup Remover Pads are about as organic as you can get, these eye makeup remover pads are fragrance free and are cruelty free since they have not been tested on animals. However, several users claimed that the pads were uncomfortably small, sticky and only suitable for removing makeup from the eyes, not the entire face.

Jurlique Eye Makeup Remover

105300 m

“A moisture-based cream that safely, gently, and effectively removes eye makeup and impurities without irritation. Biodynamically grown Calendula and organic Sunflower and Jojoba Seed Oils leave skin feeling soothed and refreshed, with no oily residue. Ophthalmologist-tested.”- Jurlique Website. I actually own this, at first the price tag shocked me ($25). I have had this for over 3 months and have yet to run out. I can vouch that it does not sting or leave an oily residue, but you do have to wipe off the excess that is left on your skin since this product is lotion based.Would I buy this again? Yes I would buy this organic eye makeup remover again, I have been converted into a Jurlique fan. The price is $25 per thin bottle, that is the only downside.

Jojoba Oil

Although most organic makeup products are expensive for a good reason, some people simply can not afford to pay the extravagant price tags that come with the popular organic makeup. There is an alternative to shelling out more than $30 for a quality organic makeup remover, you can DIY it. The only things you will need are cotton balls and Jojoba oil as that is the active ingredient in most products. Simply place a few drops of the oil onto your cotton ball and wipe your makeup away. Jojoba oil is easy on the skin but has no mercy on makeup that needs to be removed. When using jojoba oil as a makeup remover there won’t be any elbow grease involved, just two quick wipes (maybe three if your makeup is heavy), and Tada your eye makeup has vanished. Jojoba oil will run you anywhere from $6-$15 depending the size and place you make your purchase.
