Split Capacity

Dear sir,
I want to design a 5TR capacity split ac by using compact heat exchanger in place of condenser. Is it possible? Is there any effects with compact HE. Please clarify.

The total investment for 1.5 Ton split unit starts from Rs. 23000/- and can go to as high as Rs. 35000/- depending on the brand. Rs. 23000/- units are good enough. I have a similar unit in my room. The 1 ton unit can cost about 19000/- upwards.
