The mechanical security systems are easily visible to the potential car thieves and they won’t risk touching your car if you have the one. If the thieves try to touch the car with mechanical security systems they will be caught easily.
Electronic car security systems: The electronic systems have remote control central locking systems with immobilizers, alarms, motion sensors etc. There are many popular companies providing such type of popular security systems. In addition to the locking and unlocking features, these systems offer other facilities like sounding an alarm when some burglar breaks any part of the car or enters the car.
Here are some important points concerning car security systems:
1) Some higher range models have features of multiple frequency and anti-scanning system, which make impossible to steal a car even for expert thief. There are many such other features available in market, for more features you have to pay more.
2) One should give more preference to the system with an immobiliser, but if your budget is not so much then at least have a system that has siren.
3) There are some more security systems available cheaply but they don’t carry any warranties, avoid such things.
4) When you are installing the security system make sure that it is being installed by the expert installer. If the security system is not installed properly, it is good for nothing.
5) You cannot just make your car 100% theft proof, but you can definitely install the security systems and make the car stealing difficult for the thieves.
6) The more time thieve spends on your car trying to break the security system, more are the chances of them getting caught.
7) The best security system for your car will be the combination of mechanical and electronic security system.
