You Are the Best Teacher Ever!

Any teacher's ultimate goal is to deliver the knowledge to the students in best manner possible and get as many students interested in his subject as possible, in fact get them all interested. By understanding and studying the student's psychological side, the teacher can deliver the message in the best and effective way as well as decrease inattentiveness as much as possible.

Inattentiveness, talkativeness and lag in receiving the information given is one of the problems teachers may face while dealing with students in any classroom. The earlier the teacher gets to decrease the inattentiveness and problems the students may cause, the better it would be for both the students and the teachers. It will help to reduce stress and make studying fun, as well as the time would be consumed properly to give and receive the information assigned.

One of the problems for inattentiveness of students and not willing to concentrate; is that they may not like the teacher. Therefore, it is important that the teacher's first aim when starting to teach a new classroom is to make sure to build trust and some kind of warmness between him and his students, in order to decrease inattentiveness and lagging in class.

In order to build trust and warmness between teachers and students, the teacher have to have some information on how to deal with that age group or background . By studying student psychology teachers can learn the tips and tricks of how to deal with that specific group in particular. The teacher has to be aware that what may work with certain student(s) may not necessarily work with other student(s), so at the beginning there will definitely be a trial and error period.

As personal experience with the ages 14-15 of students, I was focusing on psychological trips and tricks, and found out it was very important to make the student feel that the teacher is not just a computer or emotionless tool giving information but also feels and would really be there to help when asked for. Not the help only in the subject assigned, but he can be there as a friend and family too. By the end of the session, the students with poor progress earlier; were found to find interest and progress well.

Teachers should be continuously taking classes of what may be called "student psychology classes" in order to improve him on learning how to deal with students as well as getting trained on different psychological tips and tricks which help attract students' attention, until the point that students would come and tell them "you are the best teacher ever!"
