When a PC is shared among multiple users, create a standard account for each person with access. Then, each user can log on to the PC with their own account, access to the data and programs they need, and set and maintain personalized settings. Additionally, users won't be able to see other users’ personal data. Upon logging out, their data is safe from prying eyes too.
