     In her article entitled Windows Vista DRM, KateG wrote:

    This is incorrect. DRM will not impact the performance of your PC; it will not stop you from accessing your PC; it will not restrict your fair use of non-DRM'd content; it will not stop you from accessing non-DRM'd content and you cannot catch cooties from DRM. In fact, I suspect that many people will probably not even know about the DRM technologies included in Vista because, for the most part, the processes are completely transparent to the end user.

    I'll makes no comment in relation to the merits of DRM, but the fact is that for the vast majority of Vista users, it's simply a non-issue. Despite frequent scaremongering and FUD.
