In order to cancel your Norton account and get back the money charged by Norton, you can do any one of the following three things.

- Fill out Norton Automatic Renewal Service Cancellation Form available on Norton’s website.

- The first six digits and last four digits of the credit card you used to make the purchase online.
- The name as printed on the credit card.
