The Foundry Company as an AMD Subsidiary Would Receive Intel x86 License Access

There has been some bluster about AMD’s x86 license agreement and if Intel can prevent TFC from manufacturing x86 based processors. But even if Intel thought the bad press was worth it, AMD has a good case that TFC is a subsidiary and can use the license.
